Crissy has comprehensive experience throughout Charleston's luxury real estate market. She has closed complex transactions within the Lowcountry's island resort communities, historic downtown properties, and the suburbs, including Mount Pleasant and Daniel Island. She has also worked for several years assisting national and international client relocations in and out of Charleston.
Crissy has called Charleston home since 2005 and is originally from Michigan. Go Blue! She has worked full-time as a real estate salesperson since 2013 and obtained a South Carolina Broker license in 2022. She proudly maintains professional designations including Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Crissy has continued to be one of Charleston’s top-producing real estate agents since her first year selling homes, when she achieved the Rising Star designation from her brokerage. Over the years, she has earned the local Realtor® of Distinction Award, which recognizes the top 10 percent of producing agents in Charleston.
Before her career in real estate, Crissy worked in advertising, direct sales team management, and with her husband in their former marine sales and storage business. She spent her first several years in Charleston assisting a clinical research training program at the Medical University of South Carolina, which was a springboard for her real estate niche, representing medical professional clients.
Crissy and her husband Michael work together on the Rowell Real Estate Team and live in Mount Pleasant with their two children. Family time is spent immersed in sports practice, boating the local waterways, and exploring historic Charleston. The family humbly serves the Charleston community through volunteer opportunities and is proud to be a member of multiple preservation and civic organizations. Crissy and Michael hope to share their love for all things Lowcountry and real estate with you and your family, too.
